Last month, FibreTrace® had the opportunity to participate in KingPins24 Flash Australia, a two-day show consisting of denim stories, conversation and seminars celebrating Australian innovation and achievements in the supply chain.

For our first segment, we spoke to Roian Atwood alongside carbon scientist Francois Visser from Carbon Friendly, Wayne Honeycutt from Soil Health Institute, Reformation’s Director of Sustainability Carry Freiman Parry, and John Condilis from Nobody Denim to learn more about the technologies, research, brands and industry collaborations leading the way in sustainable cotton and regenerative agricultural practices.

Our second appearance included a brief conversation between our CEO Shannon Mercer and KingPins founder, Andrew Olah about the more difficult questions facing our industry when it comes to transparency. Has the industry started to acknowledge that we have a traceability problem? And what are the biggest challenges for companies adopting radical transparency?
