About Hasan Javed

Hasan Javed, Executive Director at AGI Denim, is responsible for the mill’s management, marketing, research and development and finance. The family business employs 26,000 workers, operates 13 factories and produces 24 million garments and 40 million metres of fabric per year. The vertically integrated company is based in 16 locations across Karachi, Pakistan.

Serdar Sagiroglu is Chairman of the board of Directors of Family owned Haksa Yarn and Fabrics. Studied Economics in Turkiye.

Starting by working in the Marketing Department at the Yarn Factory and expanded the Company's Sales network to more than 30 countries, Serdar established the Knitting Factory in 2013. He has been Chairman of the board of directors of both companies since 2018. In addition, having initiatives and investments in different fields, venture capital and technology.
